What we collect

When you use PetMax, we collect:

• The pet photo you upload (used solely to generate your portrait)
• Your email address (if provided during checkout)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

How we use it

• Your photo is sent to our AI provider to generate the portrait, then deleted within 24 hours
• Generated portraits are stored for 30 days so you can download them
• Email addresses are used only for purchase receipts

Third parties

We share your data with the following kinds of processor, and only as far as each needs it to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing, named because you deal with them directly at checkout
• AI image providers — generating your portrait from your photo
• Hosting and storage providers — running the site and holding your portrait until you download it
• An email provider — sending your receipt and your portrait
• A print and fulfilment partner — printing and posting prints, when you order one

We will tell you exactly which companies these are, and where they are based, if you ask at support@petmax.ai.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@petmax.ai.
