PetMax generates AI-powered pet portraits from photos you upload. The service provides a free watermarked preview; full-resolution downloads require a one-time payment.

Your content

• You must own or have rights to the photos you upload
• You retain ownership of your original photos
• Upon purchase, you receive a personal-use licence for the generated portrait
• You may print, share, and use purchased portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes

Payments & refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed before purchase and charged in GBP
• Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your portrait, email support@petmax.ai within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full
• You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return a print to be refunded
• This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer

• AI-generated results may vary in quality
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes
• The service is provided “as is”
